Alex has over 12 years of experience in customer service and property management in the Portland area.
In addition to his customer service and property management experience, Alex has many years of experience in carpentry, landscaping, and caretaking. He is a craftsman and prides himself in making sure things are done the correct way.
Alex is a born and raised 'Mainer' and enjoys being outdoors with his large family! What makes Alex special? Alex is committed to providing honest and professional service in all aspects of maintaining a property.
William Zolper - Product Manager
With 14 years of experience in property management and real estate, Bill Zolper has a deep passion for delivering outstanding service and value to both property owners and tenants. Bill's journey began in 2010, while attending the University of Southern Maine, where he worked with Schneider Property Management. During that time, he also earned his Associate Broker's Real Estate License, laying the foundation for a successful career in the industry.
After gaining experience in property management, Bill expanded his expertise by investing in and managing his own multi-family properties. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted professional in the field.
Raised in Bangor, ME, and then living in Portland, ME, Bill understands the unique dynamics of Maine's real estate market. He takes pride in helping property owners achieve their investment goals, providing personalized management strategies that maximize value and ensure long-term success.
Nate Rossignol - Field Manager
Nate is a seasoned real estate professional with 10 years of experience in both real estate and property management. He holds a degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Southern Maine, providing him with a strong foundation in market analysis and strategic decision-making. Prior to his career in real estate, Nate spent several years in medical device sales, where he honed his skills in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
This experience taught him the value of trust, communication, and personalized service, which he now applies in his work as an active real estate agent with The Gardner Group in Portland, Maine. With his diverse background, Nate is well-equipped to guide clients through every step of the buying, selling, and property management process, always with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.
